Sticky Trimmings pays homage to the root of why we got into brewing in the first place. Long days, exciting new projects, and plenty of beautiful smells. This year, we were lucky enough to get some whole cone Citra, picked from the bine at Coleman Farms in Oregon and shipped directly to us. We took all of that Citra, packed it into our hop back, and topped this beer off with a little Citra Cryo Fresh. After a clean fermentation, we then dry hopped with our house Citra, Strata, and Nelson Cryo for notes of watermelon and orange rind, sumo orange, strawberry candies and white gummy bear.
