Juicy, hazy, milky. This beer has the kitchen sink of everything you love about Hazy IPA packed into one pint. In collaboration with our new friends at Hop Butcher for the World from Chicago, we made something truly special. We packed this hazy with our house Citra and Citra Dynaboost for extra saturation, fermented with beautiful Berkeley Yeast London. Here’s where it gets silly: we double dry hopped this beer with a heroic amount of Citra and NZ Cascade Amplifier Oil, then a few days later we sent in some Peacharine, Krush Cryo, and Kohia Nelson Subzero Hop Kief. This beer drinks soft and pillowy, with insane aromatics of white peach, clementine, passionfruit, and perfectly ripe kiwi.
