Brewers Cup of California. An annual tradition for us to brew, we look forward to Walter hitting the taps after extended lagering. With a complex malt bill, combining barke and bohemian pils, blended with dark roasted malt, this beer comes to you with light notes of bakers chocolate and espresso on the nose, balanced with peppery Saaz hops. It's body has a rounded malty mid palate, with a pleasant dry finish.
