Heroes get remembered, but legends never die. When it comes to crafting West Coast IPA, we are surrounded by plenty of inspiring breweries, however among the Mt. Rushmore of NorCal beer, there’s Faction. A brewery we look up to and were stoked to work with, so we made a beer with our favorite hops and a new experimental one. Flippin’ Birds is an homage to beer of the present and beer of the future, so we took our tried and true Mosaic and Mosaic Dynaboost, HBC 586, and Experimental NZ106 for an aromatic hop bomb. This beer is presented with a dank mosaic foundation, layered with oil, and notes of rainbow belt candies, lychee berries and apricot.
